Experience & Education

Daneen Simoneau has been an educational advocate for more than 30 years, having worked in both college counseling and student support services.

She has served as an assistant school psychologist, working for Butler County Special Education Cooperative, supporting students and families for 13 years. She has served as a college counselor, helping students with applications, financial aid, essay writing, scholarships, and testing. She also worked closely with athletes, scheduling visits and meetings with coaches, and making college and career decisions with their families.

Prior to coming to Trinity, Simoneau served WSU Tech as the assistant director of The College Advantage, a FAFSA completion program designed to help students successfully explore post-secondary options.
