Steve Cross, head coach
Coach Cross has coached softball for many years. He is the co-founder of Kansas Premier Softball and coached his 12U team to a national championship in 2019. His coaching philosophy centers around the value of hard work: “Trust the process with patience. There is no shortcut for hard work. If you’re not willing to put the hard work in, it doesn’t matter how talented you are.”
