Questions you may have
Trinity considers three areas when admitting students: spiritual, academic, and behavior.
Spiritual: It is required that a student and one of the parents have made a profession of faith in Christ. The student and parents should understand and affirm agreement with the Trinity Academy mission statement. The family must be actively involved in and regularly attending a Bible-believing church.
Academic: The student must meet academic entrance requirements based on prior grades and standardized test scores. Admissions testing will be administered in the event that test scores are not available. Academic records must be sent to Trinity. Letters of reference are required.
Behavior: The student code of conduct requires discipline; respect for authority; neatness in physical appearance; courteous and appropriate speech; abstinence from tobacco, drugs, and alcohol; and engaging in leisure-time activities that are consistent with Christian character. Students who have had an out-of-school suspension or expulsion are not allowed to apply for admission to Trinity for one full year.

Trinity offers a “shadowing” program to help 2nd – 12th grade students learn more about the school. When you shadow, you are paired with a current student for the day and have the opportunity to observe classes, meet the teachers, talk with other students, and get a feel for the school.
Click this link to schedule a time to shadow.

Tuition Adjustment Notice
Tuition is reviewed annually and typically increases 2–4% each year to adjust for inflation.
Trinity has many generous donors who want to help make Christian education affordable for others. Last year, Trinity awarded over $1,000,000 to 40% of the student body. At Trinity, financial aid is based on need. The highest awards typically given are just under 50% of tuition.
Tuition assistance is funded by both the general budget and by donations designated for financial aid. The amount available will not exceed those gifts.
The 2026-27 financial aid priority consideration deadline for current Trinity families is March 1. On March 23, the financial aid review process for new families will begin. Aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trinity offers people who are full-time shepherding or teaching pastors a $2500 discount per child. They can qualify for financial aid on top of that.
Trinity partners with FACTS, a third-party source, to evaluate all financial aid requests. To apply for financial aid, click here. You will need to submit your Federal Form 1040 income tax return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income.
For a quick and easy look at how financial aid is figured at Trinity, see the video at the end of this page.

After much prayer and careful consideration over the choice between public and Christian education for our first daughter, Trinity financial aid helped make that prayer a reality for us. We always said, “If God provides, we’ll continue.” Now, almost seven years later, and through God’s provision and the kindness of donors, we’ve been able to send three of our children to Trinity.
We’re immensely grateful for the community and education that not only our children have received but also we, as parents. It’s been a journey of faith, growth, and deep gratitude.

The admissions process
- Apply for admission online. Click here to apply.
- After you have completed the application, a Submit Application form will appear. Follow the instructions to submit your application along with the non-refundable $150 application fee.
- Once all supporting documentation (including all references, transcripts, grade card, test results, immunizations, and birth certificate) and the $150 application fee has been received, the Admissions Committee will review the application material. The committee then makes the decision regarding continuance of the application process. The family will be notified of the decision. If continuing, the admissions director will contact the family to schedule an interview. Both the student and parents must attend the family interview.
- After the interview, the Admissions committee will review the student’s file. The goal is to call you with the committee’s decision within one week.
- Upon acceptance of your student, an enrollment packet will be extended through the online enrollment system. Once the enrollment packet is submitted online to Trinity with the enrollment fee, your student will be enrolled. Please complete and submit the enrollment packet within two weeks of receiving the enrollment packet link; otherwise you risk losing your student’s placement in a grade.
