Partners in Parenting
Partners in Parenting works to connect parents with the school through fellowship events, parent education seminars, teacher/staff appreciation efforts, and parent volunteer roles. PIP also coordinates support for Trinity families and alumni during times of illness or special needs.
Dillons Dollars
Dillons vouchers are an easy way to support Trinity’s Partners in Parenting Organization. Simply purchase your vouchers from Trinity, and use them just like cash when you shop at Dillons. For every voucher sold, Dillons makes a 4% donation to Trinity. There’s no extra cost to you!
- Spend like cash at any Dillons store or Dillons Fuel Center.
- If you purchase a $25 voucher, but only spend $10 on groceries, for example, Dillons will give you $15 cash in change.
- Vouchers are mailed directly to your home on the 1st of the month. You pay for your vouchers by the 15th of the month.
- Proceeds are used for hospitality and education nights, teacher/staff appreciation, family care needs, Moms-in-Touch events, mailings, etc.
To sign up for Dillons Dollars or to make a change to your voucher amount, contact Jacque Johns at johnj@trinityacademy.org or call her at 425-5432.

Parent Volunteers
PIP recruits and manages volunteers for many Trinity Academy functions. A few ways you can get involved include:
- Baking Buddies – Volunteers bake a couple of dozen cookies once or twice a year for events like the New Parent Meeting, Conferences, Open House, Teacher Appreciation, and Hoops & Hospitality Night.
- Snacks – During special times like Wild Goose Chase, Homecoming, and Finals Week, parent volunteers help out with snacks.
- Serving Food – PIP serves food at events like Wild Goose Chase, Grandparent’s Day, Homecoming, and Field Day.
- Parking Attendants/Drivers – PIP volunteers are needed to help with transportation and parking at events like Homecoming and Wild Goose Chase.
To get involved, contact Lois Pierce at pierce7@sbcglobal.net or Judy Smothermon at hayjud@cox.net
